I am the owner of Beauty, Braids & Beyond. My mission is to create healthy and positive self-esteem through my craft as a Hair Care Specialist. With over 10 years of experience, I believe that beauty begins the moment you accept who you are, what you can do, and how you can accomplish life goals. I used my life experience to inspire other women who have faced trials and let them know that there is a triumph after tragedy.
I am the founder of Pamper Me Pretty, a not-for-profit organization that teaches young girls ages 7-17 how to maintain positive self-esteem. I am also a Cancer Survivor.

Our service Guarantee
We make every attempt to ensure that you are satisfied with your experience at Beauty,Braids & Beyond. In the event that you are not completely satisfied, please let us know at the time of your service or within 48 hours after your service has been performed.
All services are non-refundable but we will be more than happy to schedule a corrective service free of charge. The service must be a mistake from the service provider not something you might have changed your mind about after the services were performed. In the event of a disagreement, a re-service must be validated by management. Customers have 48 hours to contact the salon to receive a complimentary service to discuss any dissatisfaction. Corrective services will not be allowed five days pass initial service date.
If you have booked an appointment with less that 24 hours between booking time and scheduled appointment, you are required to cancel 3 hours before your service start time to avoid the late cancellation fee.
In order to respect the time of our stylists, all appointment no-shows are subject to full price of service. In the future, no-shows will be serviced on a walk in basis only. Please be advised if you no-show on a rescheduled appointment (a second no-show) we will not schedule any future appointments without first collecting full payment for your needed service(s).
24 hour Cancellation policy
We understand that due to your busy schedule you may have to cancel or change an appointment with us. In order to respect the time of both our clients and our staff, we simply asks that you notify us of cancellation or reschedule your service at least 24 hours prior to your appointment. If an appointment is rescheduled 3 or more times within the 24 hour window, you will be placed on walk-in basis only for future services.
This policy ensures that stylists have ample time to fill the appointment slot. Should you need to cancel your appointment less than 24 hours prior to the scheduled service, you will be charged a $25 fee at the time of your next service.
Please be courteous to your stylist and fellow clients by arriving on time (or early) to your scheduled appointment. If you are more than 10 minutes late for your appointment and you have not notified your stylists, there will be a $15 late fee imposed. Clients arriving more than 20 minutes late for your scheduled appointment will forfeit the original appointment and be rescheduled.
Salon guest policy
The BBB staff asks that you please bring only yourself to your scheduled appointment. Any extra guest or children should be receiving a service by one of the stylists. Please do your best to honor our policy. In the event that you do not honor our requests, your appointment will forfeited and rescheduled.
Right to refuse service
Beauty,Braids & Beyond has the right to refuse service to anyone demonstrating inappropriate behavior to any member of our staff.
